Your completed form will be electronically sent to the church office, upon which you will receive a reply. Your completed submission will then be sent to the Board of Trustees for consideration.
Facilites use is reviewed during their monthly meeting, usually on the second Monday of each month. Please plan ahead with a timely submission.
The person listed on the submitted form has the total responsibility for that part of the building to be used by the group. The room used must be left clean and orderly exactly as it was found - including the partitions in Martin Hall. The building must be secured properly.
Use of Our Redeemer's facilities is extended to church members, their guests, and outside organizations whose purposes and values align with the mission of our congregation. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval. The Board of Trustees reviews all requests and reserves the right to decline any request that is inconsistent with our church's faith and values.
If usage is approved by the Board of Trustees, the applicant will be notified by telephone, email, or in-person. If the room is not available, we will notify you as quickly as possible.
Important note: During the cool months when heat is required, groups of eight (8) and smaller are requested to use the room across from the bathrooms rather than Martin Hall which is more costly to heat.
