Your completed form will be electronically sent to the church office, upon which you will receive a reply. Completed forms recieved by the church office will then be forwarded to the Board of Trustees for consideration.
Facilites use is considered during their monthly Board meeting, once per month. Please plan ahead with a timely submission. Thank you.
