The Lord’s Prayer – Praying as Our Lord Taught Us.

Surveys show – and our own hearts confirm – that most Christians are not satisfied with their prayer life. Something similar could be said about the Lord’s Prayer. We treasure this prayer as a gift from Christ our Lord. But don’t we also find it easy to say the words of this prayer without grasping how each part of it applies to our personal lives and needs?

Beginning February 7, and continuing up to Easter, we will be looking closely at this prayer the Lord has given us. As we consider more deeply what we’re praying, may we grow in our appreciation of what a great gift the Lord's Prayer is — and may our prayer lives be enriched!
